Nicole Richie, Paris Hilton’s co-star on “The Simple Life” May be facing jail time as well. Nicole got caught driving drunk for the second time in December 2006, she has also been in trouble for driving down the freeway the wrong way while high, and been caught with Heroin. Nicole still faces court dates and could wind up in the same jail cell that her friend Paris is currently in. Nicole has apparently cleaned up her act for the time being. She was spotted at a trendy New York City Club last night drinking nothing but water and diet coke, she was also spotted hiking in L.A.s Runyon Canyon Park.
